KindaFree Creator Program
Program Terms
Plain-language operating terms for the Canada-first Creator Program.
Eligibility and approval
Applicants must provide accurate information, be legally able to participate, and receive written approval before earning commissions. Approval may be refused, suspended, or ended for safety, fraud, legal, disclosure, or brand-integrity reasons.
Qualified subscriptions
A qualified subscription is a new KindaFree subscriber attributed through an approved creator link or code under the current attribution rules. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated traffic, existing paid members, and manipulated purchases do not qualify.
Commission
The current default is 20% of verified net Apple proceeds for the subscriber's first 12 paid months. Amounts are not final until KindaFree reconciles Apple's financial reports. Taxes, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, platform adjustments, and fraud may reduce or reverse a commission.
Hold and payout
Commissions are held for at least 60 days and paid monthly after the approved balance reaches CAD $50. Creators are responsible for providing lawful payout and tax information through the designated secure payout provider, not through this portal.
Privacy and conduct
Creators receive aggregate attribution and payment totals only. KindaFree does not reveal which person subscribed or their activity. Creators must make clear disclosures, follow applicable advertising and privacy laws, and avoid spam, deception, harassment, or unsafe content. The Creator Program Privacy Notice explains the program data boundary.
Changes and contact
KindaFree may update program terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated before they apply. Legal entity, tax, payout-provider, and formal notice details will be finalized before public production enrollment.
