Information we collect

We collect the verified Firebase account email, applicant type, public name, contact email, province or territory, optional public website or social handle, audience description, agreements, application decisions, public creator code, aggregate commission records, and security/audit events.

How we use it

We use this information to review applications, operate secure creator links and codes, prevent fraud, reconcile eligible subscription proceeds, administer commissions, provide support, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Referred-member privacy

Creators receive aggregate status and money totals only. Creators do not receive the identity, email, phone number, profile, plans, location, browsing activity, purchase details, or safety information of any referred person.

Financial information

This portal does not collect bank account numbers, routing numbers, tax identifiers, government identity documents, or payout-provider secrets. Approved creators will provide required payout or tax information through a designated secure provider or controlled finance process.

Service providers and retention

We use service providers such as Firebase/Google, Apple reporting, hosting, security, and an approved payout provider where needed to operate the program. Records are retained only as needed for attribution, fraud prevention, payment holds, accounting, legal obligations, disputes, and security audits.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct application information, withdraw an application, or ask privacy questions by emailing legal@kindafree.com. Some payment, fraud, tax, audit, or legal records may need to be retained.

Before public enrollment

The production legal entity, mailing address, payout provider, and final retention schedule will be inserted after incorporation and legal/accounting review. Public enrollment and payouts remain disabled until those launch gates are complete.
